Rule for Custom Colors in contests

Just some guidelines that I'd like you to follow.

• Only and ONLY admins and bureaucrat made/supported contests can have a custom color prize

• Please give the following colors only:

[User that has won 1 time] = Gray
[User that has won 2-3 times] = Crimson
[User that has won 5+ times] = Deep Pink
[User that has won a featured article contest] = Blue Violet

• Custom colors WILL overwrite your staff color if you have one.
