We need an active bureaucrat on this wiki. It may be too soon, but there's many reasons I'm going for this. One, the new Content Moderator rank. People can only be promoted to Content Moderators by a bureaucrat. It would take days just for one person to get Content Moderator. If we had a bureaucrat that is always active, then we could promote people MUCH faster. The same thing goes for admin and rollback promotions.
