Tupistra Gravity was Tupistra Stalker's American ancestor. It doesn't mentioned in any medias, but turns out, Tupistra Stalker was his great grandfather from Japan.

Tupistra Gravity was the second obtainable plant in Plants vs. Zombies 2. He can be obtained by completing Rewind City- Day 5.

Tupistra Gravity is an environment modifier, as he can preventing plants from floating during "Zero Gravity!" surprise attack. Zombies that across him in 3x3 area, they will slow down while Tupistra Gravity using his force gravity. Each zombies will have different effects when Tupistra Cool Lenses using his force gravity.

Normal zombies, as well as few armored zombies- decreasing their speed by 10%.
Imps, Zombie Chickens, and Ice Weasels- completely stuck on their places.
Flying zombies- forced to lose their items and start walking like a normal zombie, but sometimes preventing them from hovering over most plants. However, Seagull Zombies and Pelican Zombies can be killed instantly.
Gargantuars- does not affected by him.

In Chinese version of this game, he was a seasonal plant which can be obtained by collecting 20 puzzle pieces of him. He cannot be used in Sky City however.

Tupistra Gravity was based off Tuprisa chinesis. His almanac entry mentions Tupistra Stalker from the Chinese version of the game.

Plant Food ability[]

When being fed by a Plant Food, Tupistra Gravity will create force fields on random occupied plants, which giving them protection and preventing them from floating. His force field deals 600 damage per shot and recovers plants' health from any zombies.

Costumed (China only)[]

Tupistra Gravity's force field will absorbing 700 damage per shot.

Environ-mint's effect[]

Once being affected by Environ-mint, only his force field was affected, which deals an addition 900 damage per shot.
