Tele-portal Zombie was a zombie that encountered in Penny's Pursuit in Plants vs. Zombies 2.
He will appear two of them at once, making them able to make portals that teleports other zombies to the other location. Once they appear from the 5th-8th column, they will summon a portal that teleports zombies, including themselves. However, it will disappear after 30 seconds straight or after two of them defeated.
Some of the zombies cannot be teleported via the portal. This is a list of zombies that cannot be teleported via the portal:
- Gargantuar (and his variants).
- Troglobite (only his ice blocks cannot be teleported, while himself can).
- Arcade Zombie (only his arcade machines cannot be teleported, while himself can).
- Far Future zombies, except basic variants and Bug Bot Imp (due to their machines).
Origins[]
His name is a pun of "teleport", based on the fact that the portal can teleport other zombies to the other location and "portal", based on the portal that he summons.
Portal[]
The portal that he summons acts like those portals from Portal Combat from the first game. When another Tele-portal Zombies are appearing, the portal that they summon having a different appearance.
The portal that they summon will disappear after 30 seconds or after they defeated.
Strategies[]
Tele-portal Zombie is a threat once encountering one of the Penny's Pursuit's difficulty level. They occasionally summon a portal that teleports themselves, as well as other zombies when encountering them.
To defeat them instantly, exploding plants might be recommended when encountering them. When they're appear, use Cherry Bomb to blow them up.

- Projectiles are also can go through the portal, similar to Portal Combat's portals.
- However, unlike Portal Combat's portals, the explosions cannot go through the portal.
