Plants Vs Zombies: The Cosmic Conclusion! is the canonical fourth and final installment to the Plants Vs Zombies series. It was released across all platforms, (including, but most certainly not limited to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, mobile, and PC), on May 5, 2024. When the game was first released, it had one planet (one world) and 11 sub-worlds! Each one containing 5 levels, with the exception of the final sub-world, California, which had 10. Through the years, it would have many more updates, but none of them would change the gameplay and the game as a whole. Just simple changes like new worlds, plants, and zombies, and whatnot.
Plot[]
Dr. Zomboss is going on his Tour De Cosmos and is bringing his zombies along with him! Crazy Dave gets tickets and disguises himself to see what Zomboss is up to... In his headquarters, he finds out he is trying to rebuild the Zombot with stronger metals! He listens in on his plan and this is what he says: "Once I am finished with the Zombot 2.0, I may finally be able to resolve this ancient plant-zombie conflict... by opening a black hole, quickly getting away with my zombies and killing all the plants and Dave." This implies that the Zombot 2.0 will be capable of opening black holes! You have no other choice but to join Dave on his quest to save the galaxy and finally defeat Zomboss and truly end the zombie apocalypse.
Reception[]
Fans say this game brought the series to a very natural conclusion and is the greatest finale Plants Vs Zombies could've ever asked for and believe it to be a "complete return to form" for the series. Critics say it goes "back to basics". This can be seen with its sun system, it being released across many platforms again, its 2-D graphics, and its overall tone and atmosphere being similar to that of the first game. The game scored a 7/10 on IGN, a 5/5 on Google Play, and a 4/5 on Common Sense Media!

- Unlike the great Plants Vs Zombies games of the past, the second zombie you encounter is Pin-Headed Zombie instead of Cone Head Zombie! Pin-Headed Zombie wears a bowling pin on his head. But watch out, because if you knock it off his head, he goes berserk...
- This game makes a lot of cute callbacks to previous games in the series, the first 2 especially.

World Info: Florida is a humid sub-world. Don't worry, because if the plants get too hot, you have the ability to move them to shade or to another location on the field! Shade areas relocate all the time too, so maybe the shade will come to your plants and they won't have to be brought to it. It is very similar to the exclusive minigame, "Heatwave" in Plants Vs. Zombies for the Nintendo DS.
