Radioactive Factory is the tenth parallel world in Plants vs. Zombies: The Wacky House. This area's setting is an unstable, unsafe balcony of a radioactive factory.
The floor is contaminated, leaving one toxic puddle to form every ten seconds on the lawn. They will always spawn on tiles unoccupied by both plants and zombies. Toxic puddles will deal 20 damage every 1.5 seconds to both plants and zombies. The only way to remove toxic puddles is by clicking and dragging on them to "mop" it away.
Radioactive Factory features two surprise attacks, one of them being "Acid Rain!" The game will count down to 5, where all sun on-screen will explode in a 3x3 area, dealing 500 damage each.
The second surprise attack is "Mutation!", where mutated Peashooters and Repeaters will rise from all toxic puddles. These mutated plants will deal twice as much damage as their regular counterparts, face to the left, and can only hurt plants.
Radioactive Factory's natural counterpart is Fearsome Factory.

Vital!
Vital! has, for the most part, unchanged gameplay. However, mutated plants are constantly rising from the ground, regardless of whether the tile has a toxic puddle or not. To counter this, a potion is given to the player that is filled up when 20 zombies are defeated. Once full, the player can use this potion to remove any mutated plants on the lawn and to poison zombies by clicking and dragging the cursor on them. This potion lasts 5 seconds.
Plants
- Gourd Guard - Acts as a defense and squashes zombies when destroyed, but not eaten.
- Mechadamia Nuts - Produces smaller mini-mechadamia seed packets that deal damage in a 3x3 area, excluding the tile it is planted on.
- Machicama - Turns plants into stronger, machined versions of themselves.
- Spear-mint - The leader of the
Spear-mint tribe. It can only be activated once 70 zombies have been defeated with Spear-mint family plants and when it is fully recharged.

- Demolisher Zombie - Destroys plants in one hit with its hammer.
- EMP Imp - Disables all mechanical plants until defeated.
