Zombies are the main enemies in Plants vs. Zombies: Build Your Lawn!. They spawn every two turns with no restriction in each lane (1 spawn per lane) aside from their starting turn spawn, or when a zombie is destroyed, moment in which they spawn in the last tile of the destroyed zombie's lane.
