Ice Vine is a plant in Plants v.s. Zombies 2, who is similar to other Vine plants. Like Gloom/Pea Vine, Ice Vine can boost Winter-mint family plants, but not the mint himself.

Ice Vine is a calm, mild-tempered dude. He has a question about something he never knew, why are plants and zombies rivals? He keeps asking himself, but no answer.
Upgrades
Plant Food effect
When fed with Plant Food, Ice Vine will breath all zombies in 3 lanes adjacent to him. The plant on top on him will have its Plant Food ability activate.
Winter-mint effect
When boosted by Winter-mint, Ice Vine will have his toughness increased with an additional 1300 dps. His plant family boost will increase to 3.0 x.

Strategies
Ice Vine's ability to boost Winter-mint family plants helps out to clear hordes of zombies in a fabulous way. Like Pea Vine and Gloom Vine, Ice Vine cannot boost any non-Winter-mint family members. His plant food ability can clear out huge lanes of zombies to counter them easily and provide sun production.
While his plant food ability is useful for almost all worlds, it is not advised to use this ability in Frostbite Caves as the zombies will negate all cold attacks (except Missile Toe, Snow Pea, etc.)
Ice Vines, though, cannot be frozen by Hunter Zombie's snowballs. In Endless Zones he would get overwhelmed by the zombies. So it is best to use plants like Primal Wall-nut.
