Beeshooter is the first plant obtained in Mischievous Honeyhive in Plants vs. Zombies 2. He was added in Part 1, and he is unlocked after beating Day 3.
Beeshooter's projectiles are similar to that of Cactus, as they can pierce through multiple zombies, however, these projectiles do less damage as they go through more zombies.
The projectiles also produce Honey Tiles when they hit a zombie, which slow down zombies and plants in it.
Origins[]
He is based on the plant from Plants vs. Zombies Adventures with the same name and appearance.

When boosted by Appease-mint, Beeshooter will gain an additional 100 DPS and will spawn 3 Honey Tiles upon hitting a zombie instead of 1.

Strategies[]
Beeshooter can be quite a powerful tool if used correctly, as he does high damage and can also slow down zombies, all for a relatively low cost and acceptable recharge. He can be very effective at controlling zombie crowds, as even though it has decreasing damage, it can still be enough to control the big waves of worlds like Dark Ages or Jurassic Marsh.
